Customer service manager in VK Lazerof

Laserof, a company specializing in laser cutting, laser engraving and UV printing, is looking for an order processing manager.

Requirements:

- Processing customer orders received by e-mail and messengers

- calculating the cost, agreeing with the client on terms, creating an invoice

- checking layouts for technical requirements for laser cutting, if necessary, their editing

- receiving and issuing customer materials, control of own availability

- quality control of manufactured orders, minimal additional packaging (if necessary)

- issuing ready orders

Requirements:

• Attention to details
• Ability to conduct correct written and oral communication
• Politeness, punctuality, stress resistance

Budiness is a plus:

- basic mastery of vector editor Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator
