We lack talented Customer Service Manager.
Area of responsibility: responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and developing our relationship with them.
Our clients are experienced real estate professionals from around the world.
Your tasks will be:
- Advise customers on platform navigation, tariffs, conditions;
- Participate in the process of automating customer support;
- Quickly and effectively help users in the chat and mail;
- Prepare reports and analytics by tasks;
- Work with CRM, competently and comprehensively report bugs, collect wishes.
Working conditions:
- Experience in customer support, customer service;
- Understanding how support is related to other departments;
- English is not below B1 level;
- High level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Good understanding of the principles of customer orientation and the ability to create a positive experience for customers.
- Soft-skills : multitasking, independence, diligence, flexibility.
- Experience in online chats / technologies. support (will be an advantage);
