Main tasks: support of the Lokal loyalty program, namely: setting up promotional mechanics in the CRM system; work with media content; work with mailing systems; work with customer requests; communications with institutions and Partners; formation of a joint vision of the content plan with its subsequent implementation in the CRM system.
