Our main areas of activity are English language courses for children and adults, preparation for international English exams (TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge English). We also we conduct professional development courses for English language teachers, organize conferences and trainings, provide Cambridge CELTA, DELTA certifications. In connection with growth and development areas of our activity, we are expanding our team and are looking for: manager of support for current students manager of work with potential students manager of the department of professional development of teachers What does the job consist of? processing of incoming applications (consultation on the educational services of the center) presentation and selection of training programs correspondence with clients by e-mail and messengers communication with clients on the phone maintaining the center's student database issuing invoices for payment assisting clients with technical issues helping with the coordination of the educational process gathering information for company statistics and many more interesting tasks :) Our wishes to the candidate: experience as a manager or administrator will be an advantage higher education competent oral and written Ukrainian language English (with with level B2 and above - starting salary of UAH 25,000, with level B1 - starting salary of UAH 20,000) confident PC user organizational skills, attentiveness, punctuality, integrity, initiative, responsibility the ability to work both in a team and independently Why would you like to work with us: work in a cozy and modern environment office in the center of Kyiv (st.
