JOB DESCRIPTIONCustomer Service and Logistics Coordinator Job Title: Customer Service and Logistics CoordinatorCompany: International production and trade company (food products)Report to: General Plant Manager / Group Customer Service & Logistics Manager (functionally)Location: Vinnitsa regionJobType: Full-timeMission: Key and strategic position, she/he will be the main customer’s representative in the plant, by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints, processing manufacturing. She/he will arrange every overland transport (import and export) and will be responsible for sales for domestic customers.He/she will be the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features. Main responsibilities:Customer Services: taking customer orders, liaising with production/ warehouse staff to establish/ confirm delivery dates. Record fixings against customer contracts. Ensure customer purchase order numbers are on invoices. Ensure customer contract balances and prices are correct.Ensure purchase invoices are allocated to the correct purchase order and prices, quantities and balances are reconciled and agree with outside stores. Monitor and control any consignment stock, ensuring all usage is invoiced and stocks checked and reconciled.Manage planning and tracking shipment of finished products according to customer’s requirements. Coordinate logistics track finished good according to availabilities and requirements.Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Understands customers' products, services and needs.Developing and keeping positive business and customer relationship. Responds to and manage customer orders from order entry to delivery and invoicing.Handle customer complaints providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Also be asked to process orders, modifications.Ensure any month end related duties eg. stock balances are reconciled by month end.Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.Requirements:Bachelors degree (Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, other)3−5 years of progressive related experience in Customer Service and Logistics positionExperience in food or non-food industry (export and import)Experience in logistics operations management, good knowledge of providers, prices, incoterms, contracts, documentation, certificates, etcExcellent English skills (B1-B2 level), both spoken and writtenGood communication skillsResult-oriented approach Our Offer:We propose market-level regular and stable salary plus medical insurance.
