We invite a premium customer service expert to join our team!

Functional duties:

• Personal involvement of Private Banking/Premium customers;
• Working and expanding relations with existing customers;
• Selling additional products and services to existing clients;
• Searching, establishing and developing relationships with potential clients and attracting them to serve the bank.

Requirements for candidates:

• Excellent skills and experience in attracting clients of the Private Banking / Premium category and providing banking services for them;
• A wide network of contacts among clients of the relevant segment in the region;
• Good knowledge of the Ukrainian market of Private Banking banking services / Premium;
• English language skills above average (preferred);
• Experience working in a bank with foreign capital.
