Customer Service Consultant in APC TEMPUS A SP. Z O.O. SP. KOM.

Scope of responsibilities

• telephone handling of incoming inquiries (NOT SALES)

• presenting the best solution for sending parcels

• informing customers about the status of the parcel, offers, promotions companies

Requirements

• knowledge of English at a communicative level

• experience in a similar position preferred

We expect:

• ease in establishing contacts

• pro-customer attitude

• clear diction

• ability to use MS Office

• employment contract

• working time from 07:00 to 20:00, 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday

• remuneration PLN 4,400 gross + up to 20% bonus + PLN 300 allowance for service in English

• full-time job

• gaining experience in an international company and possibility of promotion

• two-week internal implementation training
