Requirements:

• You are on "YOU" with a computer and know how to distinguish a browser from an antivirus;
• Work experience is not important for us, as we conduct training ourselves;< /li>
• Ability to convey information clearly and accessible;
• Oral and written literacy (Ukrainian, Russian);

• The ability to listen and hear, and the main desire to help the client;
• Willingness to learn and the desire to develop;
• Ability to study intensively and constantly increase the level of knowledge;
• The ability to quickly navigate a large amount of information.

Responsibilities:

• Reception of incoming calls - consultation of clients using the M.E.Doc, SOTA, FlyDoc programs (products developed by our IT company).

Working conditions:

• Full time, work in the office (work schedule 5/2, Saturday, Sunday and all holidays according to the calendar are weekends; working day - to choose from 9.00 to 6:00 p.m. or from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).
