In this role, you will be engaged in: Provision of personal consultations to clients within the scope of the Company's activities. Registration and processing of client requests. Conclusion and renegotiation of contracts for the distribution of electricity with household clients. Forming the labeling of bills for paid services. Attracting clients to use additional services for clients, providing advice on the use of these services .Skills we are looking for in the candidate: Experience in customer service from 1 year - will be an advantage. Secondary special / higher education. Confident PC user (office suite Excel, Word), Outlook, SAP ERP system (preferred).
