Your main tasks will be:

• Face-to-face reception of the Company's customers;
• Providing advice to customers within the framework of the OSR activity;
• Registration and processing of customer requests;
• Conclusion and renegotiation of electricity distribution contracts with household customers;
• Formation and delivery of invoices for paid services;
• Attracting customers to the use of digital services.
