Our clients successfully your business on the American market. They are from different countries of the world and in 75% of cases they communicate in Ukrainian. But in 2024, the number of English-speaking customers will increase. We are looking for a person who is ready to become a reliable support for our customers and answer any questions, solve difficult tasks and always provide the highest level of service! You need very little: English language above average ( don't be afraid to call and ask simple questions from customers in the USA; advise English-speaking customers about the operation of our service both in writing and orally); you can present the company's services and sell them to the customer a confident and adequate PC user of MS Office (Excel, the entire Google Drive package) ; you use Chat GTP in your work, the ability and desire to learn; the ability not to be afraid to do more than 5 tasks at the same time; technical literacy (for example, understanding how formulas work in Excel or how to find an answer in Google if you do not know, etc.) Ideally, if you have an understanding of how a warehouse with goods works: what is delivery, receipt of goods, their accounting, shipment, what is shortage or re-sorting. Working conditions: Training (paid) for no more than 1 month from 10 to 19 near pr. Fields; Main schedule Mon. - Friday from 15:00 to 23:00. Weekends - Saturday, Sunday; All necessary resources for productive work. Responsibilities: support of existing customers of the warehouse/prep center is carried out in Telegram chat or web chat; making purchases on the sites of US retail chains (regular purchases similar to those you do it on Rosetka or ALLO, but on US sites); accounting for purchases and their payments from customers; managing customer orders in a convenient program; solving warehouse issues remotely; advising clients on all work issues; issuing invoices (accounts); calls to suppliers, communication with online stores regarding orders, e-mails, chat requests on the supplier's website, etc. (English is required here). It will be a plus if: you have experience working/selling on Amazon.
