What does the recruitment process look like?

1. Send your CV.

2. Lena from the recruitment team will call you, tell you more about working in the contact center and invite you to a meeting.

3. You will receive a link to the online task by e-mail and text message. You can do them on your phone or computer, it will take you 5 minutes.

4. We will invite you to a recruitment meeting in our office. Don't be surprised - you will meet several of our managers and many other candidates.

5. After the group meeting, the manager will come back to you with feedback.

We will give you access to the onboarding platform where you will provide your employment details and learn more about the company.
From day one you will be in contact with your team leader and team leader, who will help you with any problems.
Your training will be conducted by a trainer who will introduce you to the world of telephone conversations. He will provide theoretical knowledge and practice. You will have your first interviews under his supervision, and in the following days he will support you in your work with his presence in the room.
Finally, you will become a permanent part of our team!

• Successful experience in telephone sales, min. 1.5 years (highlight them in your CV - specific numbers and data)
