Customer Service Agent (English) in Melnik I.P., FLP

Travel startup in the field of diving trips and liveaboard tours is looking for a Customer Service Agent. This is a job for those who really like to communicate with people, help plan trips and make sure that the customer is delighted with the service, not just getting an answer.

What the job includes:

• Communicating with customers via chat, email and phone.

• Helping with travel choices and customer support from the first inquiry to the return from trips.

• Working with suppliers: clarifying details, payments, invoices.

• Updating information in the CRM and reservation system.

• Attention to details, dates, names, conditions and prices - without this there is no way.

Schedule and format:

• Work is completely remote. The schedule can be adjusted, but it is desirable that one of the options below is comfortable on a long-term basis.

  • Morning shift: from 6:00-7:00 to 12:00-13:00 (Kyiv time)

  • Evening shift: from 18:00-19:00 to 1:00-2:00 (Kyiv time at times)

What is important for this role:

• Fluent written and spoken English is a must.

• Experience in customer service, tourism, hotels or on cruise ships will be a big advantage.

• Calm, polite communication even in difficult situations situations.

• Ability to work independently, keep focus and handle several requests at the same time.

• Orientation on service, not on providing template answers.

Conditions:

• Full time, remote.

• Fixed base rate + commission for the result.

• Work with international clients and premium level service.
