As a Customer Service Advisor in Chase you will interact with customers and we want you to have every opportunity to provide a high-quality experience. We don’t have scripts to follow, our ethos is based around providing solutions and we have created an environment that trusts you to deliver the best service possible. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Cares about providing the best customer experience
  • Builds relationships, speaks to people with empathy
  • Thinks quickly, critically and provides immediate solutions
  • Doesn't mind to work in shifts (morning, evening and weekend work on a rotational shift basis - there will be the option to work the shifts across 4 or 5 days per week)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Good in collaborating with others and helping the customers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in working in a dynamic environment
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Team player and brand ambassador
  • A passion to learn and self-develop

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Previous experience working within a customer service environment, ideally from hospitality, retail and telephony based roles
  • Experience building relationships with customers and providing exceptional service
