IMCD shares are traded at Euronext, Amsterdam (AEX).Currently expanding, we are looking for an experienced “Customer Service” person, working part-time, in our office in Kyiv.Main tasks and responsibilitiesOrder processing and organization of transports (import- and export processing) for our Ukrainian entityCustoms clearance procedure, communication with local customs authoritiesOrganization and administration of samples for customersRegular communication with customers, suppliers and logistic service providersTranslation of documents required by customers, and papers necessary for customs clearance of raw materialsRegular communication with local accountancy and legal service providerPreparation of calculations and sales offersSupport of the local Sales ManagerRequest purchase plans from regular customers; schedule orders and stock balance together with the Sales ManagerContract Management with customers and suppliersMaintain relevant documentation flow with warehouseMonitor the timeliness of the payments to suppliers and other counterparties of the company,Continuous documentation of all activities in the CRM database (Salesforce)Competences and RequirementsExperience in Customer Service and / or Logistics in international companiesKnowledge of local customs legislationFluent Ukrainian and English language skillsExperience with ERP systemsHigh level of self-management and accountabilityStrong organizational and planning skillsHigh customer and service orientationStrong communication skillsGood computer skillsWhat IMCD offersWorking in a fast-growing global company with a strong entrepreneurial culture.The freedom to act and the wide range of tasks.Home Office days.Additional vacation days of on 24.12. and 31.12.Meal allowance per working day.A wide range of training opportunities for your growth.Are you interested?We are looking forward to receiving your application on our IMCD Career Portal!
