Customer Search and Acquisition Manager (Austria / Slovakia) in KIT Group

KIT GROUP company is one of the most popular currency exchange networks in Ukraine and Europe. Our branches are located in +20 regions of Ukraine and in more than 10 European countries.

In connection with the expansion of the company's activities to the markets of Austria and Slovakia,we are looking for a Manager of search and customer attraction.

Main duties:

• Active search and attraction of new customers in B2B and B2P sectors;
• Conducting meetings and direct sales of the company's services;
• Development of the client and partner base, development and processing of leads;
• Conducting negotiations at the level of business owners and managers;
• Analysis of the local market, search for potential partners, identification of new opportunities;
• Preparation of commercial proposals and reports.

Requirements for candidate:

• Experience in sales or development of the client/partner base (B2B / B2P) - from 1 year;
• Ability to establish contact, build trusting relationships with clients, ability to persuade, negotiate;
• Knowledge of English and Ukrainian / Russian languages (knowledge of German or Slovak is desirable);
• High activity, stress resistance, discipline and focus on results;
• Readiness to work "in the field" - meetings with clients and partners in your region;
• The possibility of traveling to a neighboring country (travel is paid for by the company).

Working conditions:

• Location: within one of the countries — Austria or Slovakia (residence in capital — Vienna or Bratislava).
• Format of work — remote, but with the possibility of personal meetings in the region;
• Working schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.;
• Travel between Austria and Slovakia is paid by the company.
