We are a dynamically developing startup that introduced technological car mats made of EVA material to Europe, gaining 20% of the Polish e-commerce market in the car mat category during 4 years of active sales.
We produce and sell car accessories in Poland; in October 2023, we successfully entered the Czech market, and in 2024 we plan to expand to the Slovak and German markets through our own e-commerce stores.
We are a rapidly growing company with a growth rate of at least 200% year on year and we have no intention of slowing down.
We reached the 100,000 customer milestone in 4 years with only one core product in our portfolio! We have received over 6,000 unique reviews, and the average rating is 4.8 out of 5.

❇️ Why is this position open?
Due to the dynamic increase in the number of orders and our constant concern to provide customers with the highest quality service, we are pleased to announce the opening of a new position - Customer Retention Specialist in the Sales Department. Our goal is to further develop sales and service processes and strengthen long-term relationships with our customers.
❇️ What will you do?
Develop and implement innovative order rescue strategies and procedures to increase the number of paid orders and minimize losses.
Contact customers who have canceled our services to recover them.
Create personalized offers and solutions that respond to individual customer needs and expectations.
Handle Sales Call Payments, reminding customers of outstanding payments for placed but unpaid orders.
Work closely with the Customer Support team to effectively win back lost customers.

You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, working as a Customer Retention Specialist or in a similar role.
You are fluent in Polish and English [B2-C1].
You are an empathetic and communicative person, you can understand customer needs and build lasting relationships with them.
You are flexible and can adapt your activities to customer expectations.
You have high negotiation skills, you can recognize customer needs and conduct negotiations effectively.
You collect, analyze and interpret data effectively to make good decisions.
You are creative in finding solutions. You are able to think outside the box and focus on solutions, not problems.
You can effectively plan work and prioritize tasks.
You are team-oriented, you strive for a common goal, while taking full responsibility for your work.
