Main tasks: working with a warm customer base, implementing calls; consulting on the company's offers; analyzing customers and their retention; working out customer objections; filling out the CRM system and creating reports. Requirements for the candidate: knowledge of French and English at the B2 level and above; competent and clear language, the ability to listen to the client and his wishes; the ability to quickly type information; work experience as a sales manager, support manager or retention manager.
