The main purpose of the position:
Building an effective customer retention system:active, passive, new and those who have not made orders for a long time.
You will be the one who turns "one-time customers" into brand's customers
analysis of the customer base (active, passive, "sleeping" customers);identifying the reasons for the drop in customer activity and developing solutions for their return;creation and evaluation of loyalty programscollaboration with marketing to increase conversion, average check and customer retention;regular analysis of results (KPI, reports, suggestions for improvement).KPIs and performance indicators:
- growing share of active customers;
- increase average check;
- conversion of "sleeping" customers into active ones;
- retention rate and repeat purchases;
- effectiveness of conducted campaigns (ROI, engagement, feedback).
Requirements:
- work experience in a similar position (Retention Manager, CRM Manager, Loyalty Manager) is mandatory;
- understanding the principles of building loyalty programs;
- confident command of Excel / Google Sheets, basic analytical skills;
- experience in retail (FMCG, e-commerce, fashion, electronics, etc.) will be a big advantage;
- initiative, systematic thinking, result orientation.
