Customer Retention Manager (CRM & Email Marketing) in King Grup

We are a strong and driven team, and now we are looking for another cool player - a CRM Retention and loyalty Manager, who will help us build an effective and well-thought-out strategy for communicating with users via email, push and SMS.
If you know how to create newsletters that get opens, pushes that don't annoy, and messages that keep users coming back time and time again, let's meet! Together we will increase engagement, loyalty and key retention indicators.

It will be cool if you:

• Have work experience with email, sms, web-push mailings and other messengers, or as a content manager - from 1 year;
• You understand Real-time retention marketing;
• You like to be creative when creating letter templates;
• "Ate the dog" on setting up and warming up mailers will be a plus, but not necessary;
• You have good time management skills;
• You have excellent communication skills;
• It is great if you have experience in copywriting, but it is not necessary;

What you need to do:

• Work and develop the direction of e-mail, sms, push mailings;
• Be fully responsible for the process of creating and conducting marketing campaigns;
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty
• Collaborate with other teams (marketing, design and content). to create creative messages, notifications, and push notifications;
• Conduct A/B testing and look for ways to improve CR and Open Rate based on data;
• Use CRM tools to track and analyze behavior and customer preferences.

• Create user segments and build mailing chains for them, conduct regular analysis of key indicators and optimize strategy based on their analysis.
