What is included in the duties:

• Conducting initial customer consultation regarding the company's products and services.
• Processing incoming calls and messages from customers.
• Registration and management of customer inquiries in the CRM system.

• Solving customer problems and questions within their competence or transferring them to the relevant departments.
• Providing feedback to customers based on the results of processing their requests.
• Supporting the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Our requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the field of customer service at least 1 year.
• Communication skills and ability to deal with objections.
• Ability to work in multitasking mode and keep calm in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of the basics of business ethics and business correspondence skills.
• Proficient in PC and office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage.
• Competent oral and written language.
