"Postex Service Ukraine" LLC is looking for a responsible and energetic Customer Service Manager to work in the office in Vokzalna. We work in the field of international transportation and offer a wide range of services to our clients, so we are looking for that person - who loves to communicate with people, has a high degree of empathy and is responsible for solving the client's issues. The work is specifically related to telephone service, informing and advising customers on the formed shipments and issues related to the customer's cargo. Responsibilities: Telephone consultation regarding the company's services and customer shipments; Receiving and processing incoming calls and written requests from customers; Negotiating delivery terms and organizing transportation; Keeping documentation about customers in the CRM system. Requirements: Responsibility and organization; Ability to effectively communicate with customers and work in a team; Fluency in spoken and written Ukrainian.
