We are announcing the opening of Customer Relations Manager/CRM Manager.

What will be part of your duties:

  • Development and implementation of the CRM strategy, loyalty programs and direct communications with the client base. Monitoring the operation of the CRM system, coordination of work on improving processes and setting up the CRM system. Organization and supervision of loyalty programs: development, management and control of marketing promotion activities. Work with database statistical data, their analysis and segmentation; development of a strategy of interaction with the target audience, taking into account its analysis.
  • Management, support and administration of the customer database (B2B, B2C).
  • Training of internal users, development of instructions for working with the system.
  • Compilation and control of budgets, document management.
  • Formation of operational reports and presentations.

Skills and skills:

  • Experience in CRM/Marketing Automation/Loyalty/Direct Marketing from 3 years.
  • Experience of working with CDP platforms.
  • Owning of recruitment and retention tools customer, as well as to improve cliof experience.
  • Practical knowledge of segmentation and cohort data analysis.
  • Indicators of sales/customer behavior, formation of reporting systems.
  • Advanced skills in working with large data sets, analytical tools (experienced Excel user, experience with Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Skills in working with external contractors (agencies, freelance, etc.).
  • Ukrainian - fluent, English - Intermediate+ (preferred)
  • Effective planning, basics of project management, effective communication.
  • Attention to details, accuracy in work, creativity.
