Customer-Relations Manager in ITExpert

Product company working in the field of production of renewable energy sources, namely wind energy. They are developing platforms for remote monitoring of wind turbines. More than 60,000 high-performance wind turbines have already been delivered.

The specialist will be responsible for communication with 5-6 main customers, implement and support the SCADA system, process and document change requests, monitor their implementation, sometimes help the finance team with sending invoices, sometimes deal with upsells according to prepared templates from the sales department
