Main responsibilities:
- Interacts with all fixed customers on receiving issues services;
- Performs the achievement of planned indicators for the sale of services;
- Performs the necessary measures and procedures for interaction with clients: signing contracts, additional agreements, commercial offers, protocols of disagreements, configuring and connecting additional services, informing (presenting) clients about new services and promotions;
- Forms new additional services, services, individual logistics channels to increase the number shipments;
- Organizes and solves customer problems, monitors the repayment of receivables;
- Analyzes the activities of competitors in terms of their interaction with existing and potential customers of the company;
- Performs customer retention and development.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education in the relevant field;
- Work experience from the 1st year in the positions of a sales manager;
- Knowledge of best practices in the field of interaction with clients;
- Accounts receivable control skills;
- Experience in managing strategic projects;
- Skills in drafting commercial proposals and contracts;
- Experience in conducting business negotiations and correspondence;
- Skills in dealing with objections;
- Ability to plan, forecast sales and strategically to think;
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point, 1C, CRM.
