In connection with the expansion of the staff, we are looking for a Customer Retention Manager. a high-quality communications strategy, the goal of which will be to increase the level of customer loyalty, reactivate consumers and develop non-standard bonus mechanisms and promotional offers. Key tasks: implementation of the overall brand strategy in various GEOs; planning, launching and analysis of customer retention, reactivation and cross-sale communication campaigns; segmentation and CA analysis; work on the automation of retention activities; work with trigger mailings; creation, optimization and development of communication channels (Email/SMS/Push/Personal message); setting tasks for the design and content team; reporting Experience and skills: work experience in a similar position from 2 years; experience working with e-mail platforms (eSputnik, SendPulse, HubSport or others); knowledge of the English language at the intermediate level; — knowledge and use of the following metrics: LTV, ARPU, Retention Rate, Churn Rate, ROMI and ROI, GGR and NGR; understanding the impact of metrics on communications: Open Rate, Click Rate, CTOR, Delivery Rate, Spam Complaint Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, Domain Reputation; experience of conducting A/B tests — working with audience segmentation to build an effective communication strategy with each client; know the basics programming (HTML, CSS) and layout; the ability to plan your work process Stages of selection: Interview with a recruiter — Interview with a potential manager — Collection of references — Job Offer.
