We are looking for aspecialist with a creative and analytical approach who will help build a high-quality communication strategy, the goal of which will be to increase the level of customer loyalty , consumer reactivation and development of non-standard bonus mechanics and promotional offers
Key tasks: b>
- implementation of the overall brand strategy in different GEOs;
- planning, launch and analysis of retention communication campaigns , reactivation and cross-sale of customers;
- segmentation and analysis of CA;
- work on the automation of retention activities;
- work with trigger mailings;
- li>creation, optimization and development of communication channels (Email/SMS/Push/Personal message);
- setting tasks for the design and content team;
- reporting
ul>Experience and skills:
- 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- experience of working with e-mail platforms (eSputnik, SendPulse, HubSport or others);
- knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level;
- knowledge and use of the following metrics: LTV, ARPU, Retention Rate, Churn Rate, ROMI and ROI, GGR and NGR;
- understanding of the impact on communication metrics: Open Rate, Click Rate, CTOR, Delivery Rate, Spam Complaint Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, Domain Reputation;
- experience of conducting A/B tests
— work with audience segmentation to build an effective communication strategy with each client;
- know the basics of programming (HTML, CSS) and layout;
- ability to plan your workflow
