Attention to details and deadlines .Ready for a 5/2, 4/2 or 2/2 work schedule, many options :) What you will do: Answer 40-50 calls per day from Poster customers and help them with simple and complex questions. Lead and monitor questions and customer inquiries from inception to full resolution. Together with the Customer Support and Customer Success teams, be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the best support and are satisfied with Poster. Constantly study the product and its features, monitor new features. Observe and collect feedback, frequent problems and bugs to work with other teams to make the Poster product better.
