" Professional procurement" is the first centralized procurement organization in Ukraine, which makes purchases for central executive bodies, and is also the administrator of the state marketplace Prozorro Market.

Main responsibilities:

• Providing consultation and support to customers by phone on issues related to the procurement process on the Prozorro Market electronic marketplace;
• Assistance in solving technical and organizational problems encountered by clients when working with the electronic platform;
• Analysis of customer requests to identify the most common problems and development of recommendations for their resolution;
• Cooperation with other departments of the Institution to effectively solve customer problems.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a higher education or is in the process of obtaining it;
• Has excellent communication skills;
• Has the ability to resolve conflict situations;
• Has experience working in a contact center or in user support;
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of public procurement and experience with electronic platforms will be an advantage;
• Stress-resistant and able to work in multitasking conditions;
• Able to learn quickly and work effectively with a team.
