The customer service specialist is part of the Digital Farming Solutions team for the countries of the EMEA region and, together with the team, supports and develops the customer experience from the moment of placing an order to the moment of receiving payment for the company's goods and services.

- < li>Higher education in the field of agriculture, logistics, administrative management or a related field.
- Work experience of 2 years or more in a similar position.
- Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Developed analytical skills, ability to generate technical reports.
- Exceptional flexibility and problem solving skills.
- Attention to details.
- Developed communication skills, high customer orientation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
