Duties:

• Control the cargo transportation process.
• Communicate with English-speaking brokers and drivers by phone.
• Handle calls and solve delivery issues with creativity and patience.
• Process e-mail and respond quickly to inquiries.
• Execute tasks in the CRM system.
• Preparation and control of cargo documentation.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Ability to work under under pressure and effectively perform several tasks at the same time.
• Analytical thinking and flexibility in decision-making.
