We invite you to join our team for the position Customer Loyalty and Retention Manager (CRM)!
Responsibilities:
launch and coordination of partner loyalty programs;
development of trigger communications (mailings, promotions);
development of special client communications and information programs;
participation in the formation of CRM strategy and direct communications with the client base;
analysis of customer data, segmentation, work with behavioral and cohort models;
formation of reports, preparation of presentations, evaluation of the effectiveness of loyalty programs and communications.
Requirements:
experience in CRM / Marketing Automation / Loyalty / Direct Marketing from 3 years;
practical start-up experience or running loyalty programs;
experience working with CDP platforms and marketing automation tools (eSputnik or similar systems is an advantage);
understanding of the principles of segmentation, cohort analysis, customer behavior;
strong data and analytics skills;
strategic thinking, systematic, attention to detail, communication skills.
