Direct communications with the client base;analysis of client data, segmentation, work with behavioral and cohort models;
formation of reports, preparation of presentations, evaluation of the effectiveness of loyalty programs and communications.
Requirements:
experience in CRM / Marketing Automation / Loyalty / Direct Marketing from 3 years;
practical experience of launching or managing loyalty programs;
experience working with CDP-platforms and marketing automation tools (eSputnik or similar systems - an advantage);
understanding of the principles of segmentation, cohort analysis, customer behavior;
confident skills in working with data and analytics;
strategic thinking, systematicity, attention to details, communication skills.
