BAYER in Ukraine is opening a vacancy for a Leading Customer Service Specialist in the Agricultural Division (Customer Interaction Specialist).
The position is temporary - for the period of maternity leave of the main employee.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the full cycle of interaction with the client in the Order to Cash (O2C) process: from the moment the order is received to the final receipt payment, and be the main point of contact for operational matters covering service, logistics and financial operations.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and create a positive customer experience by providing timely and complete information on order status, delivery times, product availability in warehouses, etc.
- Ensure the presence of completed primary documents and data accounting in the SAP system.
- Process any customer requests that require prompt resolution of order fulfillment status, product availability, one-time requests for product returns, document flow, service complaints, etc.
- Monitor the priority of customer orders according to the distribution of products and influence the terms of product delivery/clearance.
- Monitor payments; communicate with customers about overdue invoices; cooperation with the financial department in matters of reconciliations, credit limits.
- Monitor the level of customer satisfaction and propose solutions to improve the customer experience.
- Conduct trainings for customers in case of implementation of new processes, tools and systems.
- Provide and implement ideas to improve operational efficiency, quality of service customers.
Skillsand experience:
- Higher education (logistics, management, supply chain management or related field).
- Experience in a similar position of 1 year or more.
- Experience in SAP is a must.
- Understanding document flow processes and accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and focus on client needs.
- Ability to work in a team, meet deadlines and show high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level or higher.
