• competent language, fluency in Ukrainian and Russian at a perfect level;
• work experience is not required, experience working on the phone or in the field of customer service is welcome;
• customer orientation, stress resistance;
• higher, unfinished higher education (inpatient-part-time students with a free schedule / part-time students are considered);
• PC skills - a confident user (Typewriting speed of at least 90 characters per minute (Cyrillic));
• desire to work in a team.
