Your main tasks: 
· Monitoring and analysis reviews about the company and main competitors on the Internet;
· Identifying the reasons for what exactly customers complain about and passing this information on to the team;
· Promotion of positive materials in the TOP of search results;
· Displacing negative mentions from pages with high positions (SERM);
· Creation and optimization of articles, reviews, mentions on third-party sites, forums and mass media;
· Active work with aggregators and platforms with user content.
