Main duties: Researching the experience of users of the company's products, services, services; Recruiting respondents; Analysis and formulating conclusions from the results of the research; Creating and conducting presentations. We expect from you: Higher education (marketing, sociology) Work experience of 1 year in the field of marketing research/customer experience management; Skills in conducting qualitative research: in-depth interviews, Hall test, Ad-hoc. Experience in conducting focus groups, facilitation and moderation; Experience in conducting quantitative research (testing hypotheses, determining customer needs); Ability to analyze and systematize data; Creating a Customer Journey Map (will be a plus).
