In connection with the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Customer Experience Manager from Ukraine to join us remotely.
Responsibilities:
Managing the operational direction of customer support: email, WhatsApp, social networks, ticketing chat systems.
Solving customer requests, including complex cases, in cooperation with other teams.
Management of a small team: strategic development, delegation, coordination.
Optimization of processes and service tools.
Service quality control, work with external contractors.
Analysis KPI, reviews, product returns, preparation of reports.
Maintenance and updating of the internal knowledge base.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Care / Customer Experience.
Must know German language (C1+) and preferably English (B2–C1)or French will be a plus.
Customer orientation, empathy, stress resistance.
Proactivity, responsibility, ability to make quick decisions.
Experience in actively growing companies will be an advantage.
