Create clear, visual and impactful reports that help management make strong decisions solutions.
Manage the entire way of interaction with the Guest — from the first contact to the formation of loyalty.
Be a driver of friendly business transformation and form a service culture of a new level.
Initiate service solutions and launch projects that improve the Guest experience.
Monitor key indicators and find opportunities for development that enhance the value of our service.
