• Create clear, visual and impactful reports that help management make strong decisions solutions.

• Manage the entire way of interaction with the Guest — from the first contact to the formation of loyalty.

• Be a driver of friendly business transformation and form a service culture of a new level.

• Initiate service solutions and launch projects that improve the Guest experience.

• Monitor key indicators and find opportunities for development that enhance the value of our service.
