Whatwill you be doing:

  • Analyze all feedback sources (support, stories , NPS, CSI) difficulties faced by our Guest, Build a process of regular delivery of tickets to relevant E-com units;

  • Lead of the regular E-com Guest Experience committee: presentation of results, formation of focal topics for work by all teams, status tracking;
