He advises, answers questions, provides information about products. Working closely with the people who use our products allows us to find solutions that meet their individual needs. This helps to build long-term loyal relationships with customers and satisfy their needs. If you have experience in communicating with customers on the phone or in face-to-face communication, if it is important for you to help people, to be caring - you are welcome. We are looking for a proactive employee, who: Is able to establish trusting relationships with people, has a desire to help people and provide informational support Has knowledge, experience, understanding of the work of a call center operator Understands the role of customer care — customer service. Thanks to your activity and responsibility, clients can receive timely and high-quality informational assistance and make their lives easier. Has knowledge and skills in working with Excel, Word (filling in simple tables, writing text) Basic knowledge of English will be an advantage, periodically we take part in meetings with foreign colleagues, to discuss work processes, or we receive additional information for work. Main duties: Customer service on the Hotline (customer care) — receiving incoming calls, and outgoing calls to the customer base for the purpose of surveys. through online chats (in case of such requests) Selection of optimal products for customer requests according to clear criteria (information for work and training is provided in full) Timely input of information into a standard Excel template Data management in the CRM system For its employees, the company provides: We train employees everything necessary for work.
