monitoring efficient use of the platform;
segmentation of the existing customer base, support and its development;
communication with existing and potential customers ("hot", "warm" bases);
collection of customer feedback;
proactive customer support;
analysis of the current customer base;
preparation and distribution of presentation materials;
work with contracts;
work in CRM.
