experience in telephone communications;

• organization of the platform's clients none>(b2b-segment);

• consultation of the platform; style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">coordinating work with other departments to solve customer needs/requests;

• monitoringefficient use of the platform;

• segmentation of the existing customer base, support and its development;

• communication with existing and potential customers ("hot", "warm" bases);

• collection of customer feedback;

• proactive customer support;

• analysis of the current customer base;

• preparation and distribution of presentation materials;

• work with contracts;

• work in CRM.
