Customer coordinator with knowledge of the German language in BNB Solution

BnB Solution is an international company that has been dynamically developing since 2019 and is constantly increasing. Our company is aimed at the European market, so we are looking for people with knowledge of the German language at a conversational level for the position ofCoordinator clients.

We are considering candidates for relocation.  The office is located in Kyiv. We help out-of-towners with housing.

Work experience is not a requirement, we are ready to invest in people without experience, we guarantee training and support of colleagues at the initial stage. 

What to do:

• Communication and support customers from German-speaking countries by leaving an application(no cold calls)

• Working with the CRM system, communicating via e-mail

• Providing quality customer service andcustomer satisfaction.

Would be a great advantage:

• Experience of working with CRM systems.

• Experience of communicating with native speakersfrom B1+

• Customer service skills and experience.
