The Satu team of the EVO company is looking for a Customer Consulting Specialist (a specialist in the department of consultation and support of paid customers of the Satu.kz marketplace) for our office in Chernihiv

Satu.kz is the largest marketplace in Kazakhstan, where more than 11 million products from thousands of entrepreneurs across the country are sold.

Satu.kz is:

• 3 sales channels: catalog, site, mobile buyer application
• on Satu, you can create a site for more than 50 thousand products, their varieties, easily managed with them

Our team is developing e-commerce in Kazakhstan, physically being in Ukraine. It's not easy, but incredibly exciting!

We have more than 80 employees. And 8 departments — a commercial department with 5 teams, service departments (ppc, seo, content, site administration), marketing, technical support for users, quality control and development. 

Your tasks:

• Contact customers and advise them by phone
• Sell advertising services
• Continue paid placement on the portal
• Maintain the customer base in the CRM system
• Execute the call plan, amount of services sold and retention
• Be an expert in their business and give customers the most positive experience of cooperation with Satu.kz
