Client’s needs:

Customer Consultant who will interact with the company's clients by addressing inquiries revolving around product support, invoices, complaints and shipments. All contact with customers is inbound, not outbound.

  • Fluent command of Danish (C2)
  • Fluent level of English (min. B2)
  • Enthusiastic, communicative approach and willingness to support our customers
  • A great approach to teamwork and focus on internal and external customers
  • No experience needed but it would be an asset
  • Excellent soft and communication are a must
