We provide full training in the field of Customer care, and all you need is knowledge of the Greek language. In this position, you will have the opportunity to communicate with native speakers every day, improve your communication skills and gain useful knowledge in Customer care.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• Excellent command of the Greek language at a level not lower than B2.
• Excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in writing and verbally.
• Empathy and ability to empathize with customers in solving their problems.
• Flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
• The desire to learn and develop in the field of work of clients.

Main tasks:

• Build strong long-term relationships with new and current customers, be their support and advisor on any product issues;
• Increase the volume of customer use of our service;
• Customer support inin the process of finding personnel and closing vacancies using the Jooble service: consulting on the functionality of the service, creating a job description for maximum response to the relevant requirements of interested candidates;
• Creating a positive customer experience of cooperation with Jooble, including customers who have stopped using the Jooble service due to previous experience and have an urgent need for staffing;
• Work with information, structure, analyze and systematize the received information and make decisions based on this information;
• Monitoring and analysis of the market, competitors and customer needs to develop effective customer service strategies.

Work from anywhere

All employees have a choice — to work in the office, remotely or to mix. Some Jooble employees live abroad and work remotely or from the office in Limassol or Warsaw. And those who live in Ukraine sometimes visit the offices in Kyiv, Lutsk or Uzhhorod.

Flexible working hours

An 8-hour working day, the start time of which you can choose yourself. For us, the result is important, not the number of hours spent at the workplace.

Education

We cover 50% of training costs: professional courses, webinars, languages. If our colleague chooses professional training that will help him improve his work results, the company is ready to reimburse 100% of its cost. We also offer corporate English lessons and speaking clubs.

Healthcare

Medical insurance for everyone who works for more than 3 months at Jooble. For colleagues who are abroad, financial support is provided in case of medical expenses.

Compensation for consultations with psychologists of the well-being service with which Jooble cooperates, or 50% of the payment for the services of a psychologist chosen by the employee himself.

Vacation and Sick Leave
