Responsibilities:

• first-class service to all customers, both internal and external;
• processing of incoming and outgoing calls and letters, insurance companies, providing information about patient accounts;
• analysis and input/updation of data in patients' medical records;
• checking the availability and compliance of patients' insurance policies;
• documenting the billing and payment process in the client's account for further monitoring;
• monthly reporting according to requests;
• resolution of all internal system requests regarding applications;
• understand information security risks, including accurate and timely reporting of all adverse incidents as described in company policies;
• adhere to the principles of data security and patient confidentiality, compliance with ethical standards during the performance of official duties and when interacting with patients, colleagues and medical professionals.
