Hiring process:

Introduction and paid internship (5 days) What we offer specifically for this role:

How exactly can you influence the development of the company: • processing requests from users through two communication channels - hotline and tickets
• informational support and consulting of clients and service partners
• resolution of conflict situations

Challenges for 2 months:
• familiarize yourself with the company's product, processes and standards
• master all the tools used by the department
• navigate freely in the processes at each stage of your work

To achieve results, you will need:

• a confident PC user
• willingness to work with a large amount of information: the ability to search the internal database
• free communication in the Ukrainian language

How do you regulate your working hours?
• work according to the schedule
• independently choose a convenient format (office/mixed)
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of reward)
