Your tasks:
- Communicate with customers in chat, work with electronic mail, CRM, as well as other software (SOFTWARE it is not necessary to know it perfectly, we will teach you everything);
- Providing advice to clients regarding our services, qualification and redirection of appeals to other specialized departments;
- Communication with all departments of the company in Ukraine and Germany. The minimum amount of communication with clients by phone and no cold calls.
